Monthly support agreements:Based on a monthly fee, Omninet checks your systems for complete backup, adds users, manages permissions, resolves most printer or file issues REMOTELY via Remote Desktop or VMware Client as appropriate. We are your help desk!
In addition, you will receive a 20% Discount for billable services that are in addition to the onsite items we can perform. It gives you a way to better control costs while insuring that your day to day operation of the server and network remain smooth.
On site computer repair / upgrade:Omninet can come to your location and fix hardware or software problems efficiently. We can perform upgrades where needed, apply operating system fixes, repair configuration errors.
Virus removal and repairOmninet has worked and partnered with Computer Associates, McAfee , IBM , Microsoft and others for years in making systems and networks resistant to virus or malware damage. If your systems are infected, though, we can, in most cases, remove the offending object and return your system to operation.
